Applicants must create an account and apply electronically through Community Foundation of Acadiana's Online Portal for scholarships. The 2024 online application and submission instructions will be available from January 8, 2024 through noon on March 27, 2024.

Types of personally identifiable information may include, but are not limited to, your full name, address, email address, phone numbers, your parent(s) full name(s), address(es), email address(es), phone numbers(s), your gender, academic information such as grade point average, class rank and college entrance exam scores, current and future enrollment information, involvement in work, school and community activities, personal essays and birthdate.
